About Me

After 12 years of working in marketing and product management, I was lucky to completely switch careers to do something I truly love. I was able to bring together my many years of marathons, cycling and ironman training then combine it with continued education in strength training, nutrition coaching and pre/post natal fitness. For the last 15 years, it has been so exciting to work with my clients to transform their body composition, come back from injury/illness, lose weight and feel better, meet their racing goals, get stronger mentally & physically and have a strong & healthy pregnancy. My training approach is always a tracked plan which is made up of a balance of strength training, cardio, nutrition and life balance developed specific to my client for long term permanent & injury free results.

2010 - present

2010 - present

  • I believe that everything can be fixed or improved.

  • I aim to change my clients "normal" into a "new normal" and that they never go back

  • My goal is to empower my clients with homework and tools that they can easily encorporate into their daily lives to always get stronger

  • I believe that the solution is a balance of weight training, nutrition, repair & sleep and listening to your body.

  • I believe that your body tells you what it needs and if you are living in a body that feels foreign, you can once again "know it"
